3.2 What Samase Talk Is NOT
Samase Talk is NOT:

- A platform for arranging in-person meetings
All interactions must remain within the platform and maintain professional boundaries.
3.3 Service Availability
We strive to provide 24/7 service availability, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or modify services for maintenance, updates, or legal compliance.
4. Earnings & Payment Terms
4.1 Chatter Compensation
Chatters earn money based on their engagement with Clients:
- Text Chat: Earn per message or per minute of active conversation
- Voice Calls: Earn per minute of call time
- Video Calls: Earn per minute of video call time
- Bonuses: Performance bonuses for high ratings and engagement
4.2 Payment Structure
Revenue Share: Chatters receive 70% of the revenue generated from their conversations, with Samase Talk retaining 30% for platform operations, payment processing, and support services.
4.3 Payment Schedule
- Payment Frequency: Earnings are paid weekly or monthly (Chatter's choice)
- Minimum Payout: $50 minimum balance required for withdrawal
- Payment Methods: Bank transfer, PayPal, or other approved payment processors
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after payout request
4.4 Client Pricing
Clients purchase credits or subscribe to plans:
- Credits are non-refundable once purchased
- Unused credits expire after 12 months
- Subscription plans auto-renew unless canceled
- Pricing is subject to change with 30 days notice
4.5 Taxes & Compliance
Tax Responsibility
Chatters are considered independent contractors and are responsible for:
- Reporting all earnings to tax authorities
- Paying applicable income and self-employment taxes

4.6 Chargebacks & Disputes
If a Client disputes a charge:
- We will investigate and may temporarily hold related earnings
- Chatters must provide evidence of services rendered
- Fraudulent chargeback attempts may result in Client account termination
- Repeated disputes may affect Chatter account standing
5. User Conduct & Community Guidelines
5.1 Prohibited Content & Behavior

The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination:
- Sexual Content: No nudity, sexual acts, sexual solicitation, or adult content of any kind
- Harassment: No bullying, threats, stalking, or abusive behavior
- Hate Speech: No discrimination based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, etc.
- Illegal Activities: No discussion of illegal activities, drug use, or violence
- Exploitation: No attempts to exploit vulnerable individuals
- Minors: Absolutely no content involving minors in any way
- Personal Information: No sharing of addresses, phone numbers, or attempts to meet offline
- Scamming: No fraudulent activities, phishing, or financial scams
5.2 Professional Boundaries
Chatters must:
- Maintain professional and respectful communication
- Not develop romantic or sexual relationships with Clients
- Not share personal contact information
- Not arrange to meet Clients in person
- Report any inappropriate requests immediately
- Respect Client privacy and confidentiality
5.3 Content Monitoring
All conversations are subject to automated and manual monitoring to ensure compliance with our policies. We use AI and human moderators to detect prohibited content.
5.4 Reporting Mechanism
Users can report violations through:

9.2 Involuntary Termination

Important: Samase Talk Chatters are NOT licensed professionals. Our service is NOT a substitute for:

- Legal advice
- Financial counseling
- Emergency services

10.3 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Samase Talk and its officers, directors, employees, and agents are not liable for:

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.2 Arbitration Agreement
If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court, except:

- Cases involving emergency injunctive relief
